Community Room
The community room is shared with Ustinov College and is now being used for a wide range of activities and events. This has included charity coffee mornings, a book group, committee meetings, children's parties and craft sessions. There are also a number of regular activities in the community room for residents. More information about upcoming activities and events may be found on the News page. The room is free to use for not-for-profit activities, and a small fee per hour for other activities.

Community Room Reopening
SPRA have been informed by Ustinov College that the Community Room in Neville's House is once again available for community bookings. A risk assessment by the University has set a reduced capacity of twenty for events in the room.
If you'd like to enquire about use of the room on a one-off or regular basis then please read the documents above and email spraroombookings@gmail.com. Progressing your booking would require completing and submitting a Booking Request Form.

You can see the times that the room is normally available to SPRA community bookings. Access at other times would be only with permission of Ustinov College which has priority booking when shown as 'Unavailable' to SPRA.

Regular Events
Previous to lockdown closure we had a weekly Zumba class (Saturday 9am, Thursday 8pm), fortnightly Board Games night for adults (Friday, 7.15pm, FREE) and various other ad-hoc activities To find out more come along just before the session starts or email spraroombookings@gmail.com and details will be sent to you. Details are also available on the newsletters (found on the 'Documents' page of this site).
Other Community Room Uses
The room can also be used for meetings, social events and one off activities. The documents above give a good idea of the space and facilities available to support your event.
