SPRA Meetings
Committee Meetings
Committee meetings take place three times every year. All meetings are open meetings and all members are welcome. The agenda will be put on this website in advance of the meeting. Anyone wishing to add an item to the agenda is asked to email the committee two weeks in advance with details. All meetings are in the Community Room, on Thursdays and start at 7.30pm, typically lasting 1 - 2 hours.
The next meeting will be on Thursday 16th October at 7.30pm.
Meetings are now held in the Community Room in Neville House.
Residents are always welcome to attend meetings - if you want to check anything beforehand then please email spracommittee@gmail.com.

Agendas and minutes of meetings will be added to the documents section of this website and reminders will be posted on social media (Facebook - Sheraton Park, Durham) closer to the meeting time.

Our remaining meeting for 2025 will take place on 16th October.
Annual General Meeting
AGMs are held in the community room and all members are welcome. The agenda and associated papers will be added to the documents section of this website in advance.
Anyone wishing to add a discussion item to the agenda should email the committee at least two weeks in advance.

The AGM will take place during the October meeting which starts at 7.30pm on Thu 16th October 2025.
